1- You have 7 days from the date you receive any item to request an exchange or return. The buyer will bear the return shipping cost, and the return fee is 30 SAR. We accept returns provided that the product is in good condition, the product's box is also intact, and all its accessories are in good condition. After verification, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
2- The product’s packaging or protective sticker (protection sticker) must not be removed.
3- In case of a size mismatch due to the customer's error, the front or back sticker must not be removed, and the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping twice: once to return the product to us and once to send the replacement product to the customer again.
4- If the item has a defect, does not function properly, or does not match the description on the website, you are entitled to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, and you will be refunded the price of the item along with the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
